Investmor founder and President, Stephen A. Chetek began his real estate career in 1973 with Baird and Warner, Inc, Chicago, Il, specializing in real estate finance. As executive vice president of the real estate group, he was responsible for over $200 million in real estate financing transactions. In 1980, Mr. Chetek formed Bassac Financial, Ltd. The firm has been involved in approximately $1 billion in debt and equity financing.

Mr. Chetek has been recognized as a major contributor in the financial real estate community and has been featured in numerous real estate industry trade journals including the Wall Street Journal. He holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin and is a licensed mortgage lender in Florida and Illinois.
